Licensing, stated plainly
Our CSLB applications are submitted and not yet issued
We have applications in with the California State License Board for General Building (Class B) and Electrical (Class C-10). Neither number has been issued yet. Until they are, all work is performed under licensed supervision.
We would rather you read that here than find it out later. The numbers go on this page the day they are issued, with a CSLB link so you can check them yourself. If licensing is a condition for your job, say so when you call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it today.

Written scope, materials allowance, labor hours, timeline window and payment terms before work starts. Change orders need your approval.

Small crew, named accountability
You are not handed between a call centre and a subcontractor who has never spoken to you. The person who quotes the job is connected to the people doing it, and you can reach us directly on the number at the bottom of this page.
